Christmas Preparations

This week was good, but we had a ton of meetings.

Tuesday was the whole mission conference for Christmas. So for almost
the whole day we were in Independence receiving trainings and watching
skits from each zone. That combined with the hour and a half each way
of driving to and from the event took up most of the day.

Wednesday, we were on exchanges with the Elders in Warrensburg. I was
with Elder Ynchausti in Sedalia. We went and visited with two less
active members the first was super sick and so we have her a blessing.
The other is a man we've been working with for a while and we talked
about the importance of tithing. After that we tried contacting people
then had dinner. After dinner we visited with a few families and
showed them the new Christmas video the church came out with, which is
great, and the second video on Christmas.mormon.org is amazing, it
discussed what the world would be like without a Savior. Well after
that we had dinner and we tried contacting a bunch of people, we
talked with one family and showed them the Christmas video as well and
invited them to share it.

Thursday, we exchanged back and we had a funeral for a lady in our
ward. She was a 26 year old Hispanic and passed away of cancer leaving
behind a husband and two kids. Extremely sad, but the family was strong
at the funeral, definitely tears but not an over dramatic showing of
emotion. I guess they weren't sad because the lady who passed away
told the family not to be sad and that she wasn't sad because she knew
where she was going; what an amazing example of faith! Well, we had to
leave and go to an appointment when everyone left for the funeral.
Then after our appointment we went and ate dinner with some
investigators.

Friday we had another meeting in Independence for the training of
Elder Howell. That meeting took a while so we were there for a while
again. After the meeting we had to grab a temporary gas card from the
mission office because we couldn't find ours and we had to go through a
process to check one out and report it lost. Well, we got back and
went to dinner then went and tried to visit some people.

Saturday we did a bunch of service and visited with a few less
actives. In the morning though, there was a big parade in Sedalia
where we passed out a ton of pass along cards then ended up watching
the parade anyways, it was pretty cool. So, yea, Saturday was filled
with service and visiting a couple less actives.

Sunday we translated sacrament meeting in Spanish. Sunday school
ended being about Christmas. Elders quorum was about service. After
church we tried contacting a few people. After that we had a quick
lesson with a Hispanic investigator then we took the Hispanic member
that we had with us and visited a few other members. Then went to
dinner. After dinner watched the Christmas devotional but the members
had it recorded and so we were watching it late and it turned out that
we didn't see after President Uchtdorf's talk because the devotional
went late but we had to go anyways.

This week was good. Thanks for all the love and support! Everyone
should check out the new church video on Christmas.mormon.org. Share
it on social media and do some easy missionary work!! Hope everyone is
doing good! Take care!

With love,
Elder Hinrichsen

A Happy Thanksgiving

This week was good but a little slow with the holiday, which was awesome!

Tuesday, we were on exchanges with the Elders in Tipton. I stayed
in Sedalia with Elder Williams and Elder Howell went to Tipton with
Elder Herrod. Well, we spent most of the day trying to contact some
people with little luck but I randomly checked the list of birthdays
on the ward and saw that it was the birthday of a less active who
we've been visiting with so we stopped by to wish happy birthday and
visited with him. After that we went back to trying people out but
didn't have much success. Our dinner asked us to take some food to a
widow in the ward so we dropped that off and tried knocking on some
doors.

Wednesday, we had district meeting. We had some members from the
ward here in Sedalia come and speak. Well, it was a member and his
brother. They are both from San Jose, California and converts to the
church; and the members brother who still lives in San Jose served a
mission and since then has continued tracting as a member of the
church! Haha he's passed out over 43,000 Book of Mormons, that's not a
typo, that's forty-three thousand. The member in our ward himself has
passed out quite a few as well, but his brother is the main
missionary. Anyways, his brother was in town and so we had them come
and talk to us. They discussed many different  things but mostly gave
us tips for missionary work, specifically just to be bold and loving.
After the meeting we went on exchanges with the Elders in Marshall. I
went to Marshall with Elder Higgins and Elder Howell stayed in Sedalia
with Elder Smith. In Marshall, we tried some people out then we ended
up having two dinner appointments.....SO FULL!!! haha After our two
dinners, we taught an investigator the elders are working with out
there. We just read Mosiah 18 about baptism.

Thursday, in the morning we went and played in the Turkeybowl, we
showed up and nobody was there so we played catch and waited. Twenty
minutes in some one else showed up and people trickled in with time, we
ended up with around 5 on 5 which wasn't bad. Well, after football we
went and got ready before going over to the Y's for a little. (While
we were driving there we saw a ton of smoke and found out that a house
was on fire........it ended up burning down.) Well, nobody was awake at the Y's so we just went to our dinner.

There were about 30 people at dinner so it was pretty big; there was a ton
of appetizers; lots of cheese and bread, grapes, shrimp cocktail,
olives, and pickled herring, but for the meal it was the holiday
classics; turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green bean casserole,
corn casserole, rolls, they also made smoked pork loin; and for
dessert there was: pumpkin pie, pumpkin cream pie, cherry cream pie (
it was one of their family traditions, I didn't like it), and pumpkins
cupcakes. So yes, it was a very satisfying meal haha. Well, we ate and then
visited with them for a while. After that we went to another member's
house and they gave us some pumpkin pie; then we got a call from a
different member and they invited us over so we went over there and
ate a little turkey and some pumpkin pie. It was an extremely
gluttonous day! Haha

Friday, after lunch we went to the M's house and Victor and
Jessica were there. We ended up trying to turn it into
a gospel conversation which we did, and talked about Lehi's vision of
the tree of life. We talked to a Victor about baptism and his "goals"
he was saying next August is when he is thinking about it so that was
some sweet progress. Well, after that we visited a few people then,
there was a big Christmas kick-off celebration in downtown Sedalia so
we went and handed out pass-along cards with pictures of Jesus on
them. Then we watched the firework show that went on afterward. And we
got some hot chocolate after because it was super cold!

Saturday, we had our missionary correlation meeting, which went well.
Following the meeting, we ate lunch then went and did service with a
member. After service we were just chatting with the people we did
service for and a member called and asked if he could take us out for
some frozen custard, so we went and got some free custard. Well, after
that we got a call from another member who wanted help with something,
we weren't sure but they had recently lost a member in their family so
we rushed over not knowing what it was. They just asked for help in
determining who certain members of the ward were, which was simple
enough. After that they fed us some posole, not sure I spelled that
one right, but it's a soup that really common among Hispanics, yes,
they are a Hispanic family haha

Sunday, we had church, we were going to do the translating but Victor
came to church so we asked him to do it, and he did! He has to work
Sunday's but he goes to sacrament for about 45 minutes before he
leaves for work, so he translated almost all of the meeting for that
time, it was so cool! Well, I finished translating the meeting after
he left. In Sunday school we talked about the post mortal life and the
lesson went a little off haha; church members just can't keep things
simple. Then third hour was combined about sabbath day observance; I
thought it was awesome, we saw the trainings by the twelve apostles
and Elder Bednar killed it talking about families being sealed
together for eternity and how the First Presidency and apostles
decided that sabbath day observance would help strengthen new converts
the most. Well, after church we ate lunch with the M's, then
talked for a little bit. We went around trying to contact quite a few
less active members but didn't get much done, because nobody was
available to talk. We didn't have dinner so we went to the Y's and
while we were there Ann, the daughter, was struggling with some math
so I was volunteered to help her and let me tell you, the spirit like
took over and solved the problems haha, I was so dumbfounded but the
more I thought it over in my head I was able to figure it out.
Miracles, every day!

Well, this week was wet. It rained a TON from Thursday through Sunday,
almost the entire days. But this week was like life, not about waiting
for the storm to pass, but about learning to dance in the rain haha.
Anyways, love you all take care!!

Stay by the Tree

Something I noticed when I recently re-read 1 Nephi 11, was that when Nephi asks the Angel to know the meaning of he tree, the Angel shows him the birth of Christ, then says, "what does the tree mean?" Nephi says, "The love of God" to me, the Angel was saying, the tree represents Jesus Christ and the fruit is the Atonement; and I saw myself as Lehi, beckoning others to partake of the Atonement (fruit) of Jesus Christ (the tree of Life) because a when I thought about it, I thought, as it says in 1 John 4:9, the Love of God is Him sending Christ for us, so I take that scripture, as the tree is the Savior, he provided the Atonement which is the fruit, and it is, as we read in 1 Nephi 15:36 regarding the fruit, "...tree of life, whose fruit is most precious and most desirable above all other fruits; yea, and it is the greatest of all the gifts of God." What is the greatest gift of God? His son and more specifically, the Atonement of his son. So with that in mind, that stay by the tree, in my mind (this isn't doctrine of course just something I thought was powerful and spiritual to me) we it in my mind, Stay By The 'tree' becomes Stay By The Savior; he is the one who permits us to enter into Gods presence. I think more than anything this far on my mission, I've come to know Christ so much more, and that's what I think is one of the most important things to gain on a mission, is a testimony of the Savior and a desire to never leave His side, or as the talk said, "Stay by the Tree (or Savior)." Anyways...

This week was really good!

Tuesday we had interviews with President and Sister Vest and district
meeting, the interview went really well and so did the district
meeting. After the meeting we had a lesson with an investigator which
went good - we talked about the Atonement. Following the lesson we tried a
less active and then knocked on a few doors and ended up listening to
a guy lecture us for an hour and a half, he just talked about
his own beliefs and we couldn't even get a word in for an hour and a
half haha but we ended up giving him a Book of Mormon which was great.
After that we had to go to dinner. Then visited with a less active
family.

Wednesday we were playing basketball in the morning and i got hit in
the eye so my eye was red all week long. After basketball we tried a lot of
potentials and had a lesson with a less active member which went well.
After the lesson we went to visit a family in a small town near
Sedalia called Green Ridge; we've visited the family before, and we
knocked on their door, they opened, and they closed haha. Then we
tried knocking on a few doors. After that we went to dinner and after
dinner we went and tried a few less active members and knocked on some
doors and found a nice guy names Rodger, and taught him lesson 1.

Thursday, in the morning, we helped our ward mission leader move, he
just moved within the ward, that took most of the morning. Then we
visited with Victor and Jessica  since they were at the M's. After
that we went and visited with a less active member. Then we had dinner
at a member's house that's not even a house, it's a freaking castle;
it's built the exact same as a castle, it's like 3 houses put
together. We did the same thing as the night before trying less
actives then knocking on doors and we found another investigator.

Friday we had lunch with a member. Then we tried less actives for a
while and ended up tracting and again found ANOTHER investigator, but
this time they were Hispanics. Then we had dinner with the ward
mission leader in his new place but mid dinner we got called to give a
blessing so we had to run. After that we went and visited with a
Victor and Jessica at their place.

Saturday, we had correlation, then we went to the Y's and had lunch
with them. After that we went to Dresdon and tracted out almost the
entire town to find a member who had moved there, we didn't find him.
After that we went to the M's for dinner. Then we got called to
give another blessing to an elderly lady who had fallen.

Sunday, we had ward council. Then we translated sacrament meeting into
Spanish which was fun and difficult, then we learned about the
creation in Sunday school. Priesthood was about our priesthood
responsibility. After church we went and gave a blessing then we found
the member in Dresdon and visited with him. After that we tried one of
the new investigators and he reschedule the meeting for later this
week. Then we went to dinner. After dinner we had a lesson with the
Hispanic less active family, only the dad was there and we talked with
him and taught the Restoration.

Well, this week was good. We found a lot of people which is awesome
because we've struggled with that for a while. Hope everyone is doing
good! Take care!

Anyone Can Do Missionary Work

This week was okay but slow. We were planning an activity for a big
event downtown. On Thanksgiving night there is a big ceremony to kick
off the Christmas season. We had everything set up then out of
nowhere, on Friday, we were told that we couldn't do it after we had
everything okay'd by the city.

Tuesday, we visited with a member we are trying to get back to church.
After that we worked on planning out the Thanksgiving night booth -
that's going to be a lot of work. Then we tried some potentials out
with no success. Dinner was with the Bishop. Then tried a few more
people out, and finally picked up our laundry from the Y's.

Wednesday, we had District Meeting. Afterward, we went to Wendy's for
District Lunch. After that we went and tried to visit a few people and
ended up tracting for a while, we talked to 2 Spanish families which
was pretty cool, I was able to communicate with them well enough! We
talked to about 4 people and 3 said we could come back so that was
good. After dinner we tried to visit a less active member.

Thursday we did studs then weekly planned, SO... MUCH... TIME... IN
THE APARTMENT!!! After that we did Mormon.org time. Then we tried a
few people and finally went to an investigator's house. We talked about
fortifying ourselves in difficult times, and read Alma 48. Then dinner
wth some awesome members. Then we visited with the the Relief Society
President and got some hot cocoa for the Thanksgiving activity....
That we ended up not needing haha.

Friday well, we did studs, then, during lunch, we got a call from the
Bishop telling us that we can't do the activity because someone called
him, he didn't say who, and told him they didn't want it to get
political or religious. Well, we visited with a few people including
two less actives. We visited with the M's, and watched the
Restoration with an investigator. We had dinner at Kehde's BBQ with
brother S from Provo, Utah; he's a cool member. He's from San
Jose, California and he was baptized and then his brother and him
began doing missionary work on their own, from tracting to having
parties at their house that ended in missionary discussion, he's
sweet. When I asked about how to have success in tracting he simply
said, "You've got to mention the Savior in the first few seconds so
that when they close the door, it's not on 'My name is...' But rather
they close the door on Christ, let him take the burden, he can bear
it, you can't."

Saturday we wanted to do service so, we helped a member clean
out an old business building. Then we went and shoveled rock and
helped remove a fence for an investigator. After that we had dinner.
And lastly we helped the ward mission leader move some stuff to his
new trailer.

Honestly last week was rough and this week seemed promising until the
call telling us our plans were canceled, so two
rough weeks in a row - darn. But hey, could be worse! We are going to
keep working hard and doing our best! Well, hope everyone is well and
lively. The work of the Lord is incredible, I've learned that anyone
can do missionary work, it's definitely scary, but the spirit will
take over when it needs to. Take care!

A slow week in Sedalia

This week was really slow, and pretty frustrating.

Tuesday we walked around, then saw an investigator so we talked to
him, and offered to help him with some service, after we changed into
service clothes and helped him move some rock, we had a little lesson;
where he said he didn't really have a desire to join the Mormon church
now, but he might in the future. That was pretty disheartening; but
it's all good. Then we tracted a little in a trailer park, then tried
potentials, and our canceled dinner, so we ate at the Youngs, then
after dinner we tried a few people out

Wednesday we did service, we helped a member move a very good friend
of hers who has opened up a lot to the church i guess. After that we
went and helped the same investigator as the day before, well we ended
up talking for a while since his dad showed up late to collect the
rock we shoveled, but we helped them shovel gravel into buckets then
load them into a car. After that we changed, and then got the stand
partially set up for the Thanksgiving night kick off downtown where we
will be passing out stuff.

Thursday we helped a returning member set up a specific chair, an
office chair particularly, at the church because he has a bad back so
he needs it to sit in. After that we went to visit a few less active
members; then visited with the M family. After that we went and visited
with the same less active we helped set up a chair. After that we
tried to visit with some people but couldn't get in to see anyone.

Friday we had a zone training and didn't get back until about 3.
After we got back we tried some people, nothing, again, so we visited
with a member. Then after we had dinner visited with an investigator;
it was a SLOW day.

Saturday we helped some move all day, we were there for like 6 hours
because the dad has some health problems that prohibit him from
lifting anything so they really needed our help, so that's where we're
all day.

Sunday we had church, then tried to visit probably 15 people, and
NOBODY could visit with us, it was the slowest day of my mission
probably honestly. We had wrong addresses, wrong numbers, and just a
ton of denial. Well, it's all good, because it's another week.

It was a slow and hard week; but we made it through and we get another
week to improve! Hope everyone else is doing good! Take care!! Keep it
real!!

Happy Halloween

Tuesday was CL's birthday! So we took him his favorite
treats, rice Krispy treats. After that we went to M's house because
she wanted us to meet R and O's teacher so we met with her
and she was really nice, we had a good visit with M, her family and
the teacher. Then we visited CL and Jan and gave him the treats  we
made, he was appreciative. We then visited with a less active man.
After that we went to dinner which was supposed to be at Kehde's bbq,
but ended up being at Golden Corral because Kehdes was closed for some
odd reason. Well, we visited with the Seniors for a while, then we
visited with another investigator which went really well! We read 3
Nephi 11 and he even addressed the spirit he felt, which was great!
Then we got transfer rosters... Elder Conley was going to St. Joseph's
2 Ward to serve with Elder Staley. I'm staying in Sedalia and training
a new missionary. I was pumped, but sad to see Conley go.

Wednesday, Conley said bye to CL and Jan, the M family, T.D. (a less
active man we are working with), Mike and Janice, some investigators, and
the Y family. We had lunch with Mary, her mom and Ricardo and Olivia.
Conley packed in the morning. We said bye the entire day really.

Thursday, got up and went to transfers. My new companion is Elder
Howell from Puyallup, Washington; and a Spanish speaker. We were at
transfers for a while and visited with the missionaries. Went to lunch
at Wendy's with Elders Williams and Herrod, the Tipton Elders. Came to
Sedalia, let Elder Howell unpack and then set up his iPad. Visited
Mike and Janice, Mary, Marcie and Stephanie, then we went to the Ward
Mission Leaders house. We finished by doing family history with
Mary and Sister Y which went great, Mary really felt the spirit!!

Friday, I felt like I was in a funk. We visited with an investigator
then a member we want to work with that investigator right after.
After that we went and had a lesson with Mike and Janice, taught the
Plan of Salvation with a member there. Well, then we went to Mary's
house to see if we were still going to eat with her at 5 for her
birthday dinner, it was like 4:40, because we were going to visit some
less active member before then. Well, dinner was ready, so we ate
there and Mary was busy getting ready so we ended up eating her moms
cooking and finishing before she got out of the back. We ate cake and
talked to her which was good. Then we went to the ward party which was
good.

Saturday, helped a family move in the morning. Then we went and
tracted for a little in a trailer park, we were able to pass out 2
copies of the Book of Mormon to some nice people. After that we went
and input all the information into the area book planner then went to
dinner. After that a person we had formerly contacted asked us for
some help, when we went to help her, we gave out another Book of
Mormon totaling three for the day! Then we did weekly planning since
we couldn't be out on Halloween night.

Sunday, fast Sunday but actually a slow Sunday. Church was okay, I
translated some of the testimonies into Spanish. Sunday school was
about eternal marriage but ended up being about attending the temple.
Priesthood was about Elder Bednar's talk from April 2015, "Therefore,
they hushed their fears". After church, we changed then had a lesson
with Mary; where we talked about the bigger commandments. She
expressed concerns with paying tithing with such a limited income, and
decided that she would pay it; which is a very faithful move of her.
Then we played a little soccer with the C kids. After that we
went and talked with some investigators. Then we visited with a less
active woman and talked about family history. Then dinner with the two
very funny families, after that we went to a funeral viewing for a
members mother who passed away to give our condolences; then we
visited with a member.

Lasting Happiness

Elder Hinrichsen and Elder Higgins

Tuesday exchanges with Elder Higgins and Smith. I went to Marshall with Elder Higgins, and Elder Smith went to Sedalia. We mainly tried people out, visited with a less active man and woman. A little dog tried to jump on my lap and when it did my lap got soaking wet and when I smelled the liquid, it was pee. Then we tried a few peeps and went to Carollton where we visited with an investigator and then had dinner with a sweet family who's working on their house so they fed us a very thrown together dinner of hamburgers and baked beans made on a little plug in stove, but I appreciated it! Then we drove by a lady's house and she wasn't home plus I didn't feel good so we cut out.

Wednesday, well. We rushed from Marshall to Sedalia, where we exchanged back and rushed to District Meeting where we were late. District Meeting was good. We briefly talked about utilizing the phon then Elder Fastje, who goes home this week gave his final training on sincerity (he chose the topic). We ate unch at Freddy's, then did exchanges with the Zone Leaders. I stayed in Sedalia with Elder Olsen, and Elder Conley went to Sedalia with Elder Fillerup. We visited with a less active; an investigator whom we committed to read the B.O.M and pray about it, had dinner and visited with Another less active.

Thursday, exchanged back after studies. We had lunch with some investigators. Weekly planned then did Mormon.org time. Visited with the M family and Mary was feeling better, she's been sick for a while so it's great that she's feeling better. Had dinner at the Y family. Then took brownies to the M's where we did a little family night with Popsicle sticks talking about staying together as a family and how many together is stronger than one alone.

Friday, we had lunch with a member and his nonmember friend, it went alright. Later we met with two less active and two investigators; the meetings were pretty good and we were able to take a member we've never worked with out so it was nice to get more people involved in the work! We had some southern comfort food for dinner made by a sweet member; they made some homemade fried chicken, mashed potatoes; the works, it was honestly one of the best meals I've ever had.

Saturday, well, we had to go to a meeting in the Independence area and we didn't get back until 3:45. The meeting was good, they talked about utilizing the tools we have. Anyways, we met with an investigator which went really well. We had dinner with a cool family but got caught up into conversation. Then we had to plan the Elders Quorum lesson that we were asked Friday night to teach on Sunday, and since we have Ward Council tomorrow we wouldn't have time to plan it out then.

Sunday, we had ward council, then we finished planning our lesson, an investigator and a less active came to church which was great! Mary in Sunday school talked about how she felt that the church was her family when she was sick and how she appreciated everyone helping her out when she needed it, it's times like that when the mission is pure gold. Sunday school was on obedience to the commandments, we taught Priesthood on the talk "Waiting for the Prodigal" by Elder Nielson from April 2015. After church we had a new member lesson with Mary, Marcie and Stephanie. We took a member out to try and visit people but we only contacted one of the four people we tried to visit. We had dinner and then visited the a less active family.

This week we put in a lot of work with less active members which was really good. There is an article entitled "A Brother Offended" from the Ensign in the 70s by Neal A Maxwell which is really good, it talks about reactivation, and since reading that a few months ago I love finding people who have fallen away and working with them. The gospel is so true, it is the only way to lasting happiness; yes the world will bring you pleasures of many kinds, but Gospel isn't meant to bring instant pleasure, that's the point of self mastery, to put off what we want in the moment for what we want most. The Gospel isn't intended for instant pleasure, but rather, as the beloved Christmas song states, "Joy to the world, the Lord is come" the Gospel brings joy; lasting, eternal, and deep. This week was good. Take care!

Festival of Sharing, Investigator at Sacrament Meeting and Magic Tricks

The kids I did my horrible magic tricks for haha. The girl in front
with he the glasses was baptized... I don't know what I'm doing here haha

This week was really good!

Tuesday we helped a new family move in, lunch at a bbq shaq, the
barbecue pit stop. We had exchanges: I went to Tipton with an Elder
there. We tried people in Smithton with no success, then tried some
people in another town but, again, no success. The Tipton branch covers
the largest area in the mission. It takes a little over an hour to get
across and most of their area is little towns of probably around 100
people (which I'm starting to think is decent sized haha). A. took
us out to dinner. Then wet visited with a less active and his
inactive.

Wednesday exchanged back. District Meeting about teach, testify,
invite, promise blessings, follow up; it was a good meeting. Then
Brother Hopkins took the entire District out to lunch at Golden Coral -
what a stud. After we visited with T.D. a less active we've been
working with, then tried less actives for a while with little success.
We ended up meeting a less active who was grumpy at first but he liked us after
we just showed genuine interest in him and his hobbies. Lastly, we
visited with the M family.

Thursday we did some studies then set up appointments with the phone
for a busy day. We met with an investigator and took a member to the appointment. After that we were scheduled to do service so we rushed home, ate and went to do service
where we raked leaves and cleaned windows. After service we rushed home
and changed then went to an appointment. THEN we rushed to dinner
which was great. After dinner, we went to the Y's for a little
then went and gave Sister M (recent convert) a blessing
because she's not feeling well.

Friday we met with an investigator and talked about the Book of Mormon
as a second witness and then a little bit about Prophets. We had
another lesson with an investigator and we took a member who
got along great with him. Between the two we did Mormon.org time.
After the second visit we went to dinner with CL and G.J. at
Freddy's which is amazing, then we visited with CL and J. Then I did
a baptismal interview for a little girl that a family in the ward is
adopting . Then I did horrible magic tricks for the of the family
while Elder Conley visited with the parents.

Saturday we helped out at the Festival of Sharing at the fair
grounds. We went under the pretense that it would be for an
hour or so, but we got to spend 3.5 hours there. We spent most of our time
loading boxes of food onto carts and
dollies. After service we
ate cinnamon rolls at the Y's house then went with Brother Y
to see an investigator. Then dinner with a sweet part member family,
(the husbands not a member) but we got pretty friendly with him. After
dinner we rushed to the baptism that the sisters were having and an
investigator that we invited came!! A little late, but he came!! We
thought he was going to forget haha.

Sunday got up and dressed; we went to knock on the door of an
investigator we are working with, and it turns out that he was all ready to go!! So he came to sacrament meeting! Sunday school
was about developing talents, it was pretty good. Priesthood was about
leadership from the Ezra Taft Benson manual. We tried to have a lesson
with the M family, but the Sister M was sick again :( so we had to cancel it.
We had lunch with a member. We changed, tried, some people; then we
went to V and J's where they were making dinner and, since
we didn't have dinner, they fed us some tacos, they were unreal!

This week was really good! We are excited for all the work happiness
right now, but we have transfers next week and we are both worried
since we've been together for 3 months and it's rare to stay together
for longer than that in our mission, but with the increase in work, we
hope to stay together for one more!! But we will see. As for now I'm
doing great! I hope you all are doing well!! Take care and have a
great week!
